How do
I place a domestic or international phone call?
Dialing From Registered
Phone Number(s) - Pinless Dialing:
- Dial 1-800-887-2991 or 1-800-887-3120
- The system will automatically recognize your phone
number ? There is no PIN required!
- Enter your 3 digit security code number.
- After balance prompt, enter 1 + area code + phone
number of your destination.
- For International
calls enter 011 + country code + city code + phone
number. - To make another call, do not hang up;
hold star key (#) for 3 seconds, then repeat step

Does my wireless carrier charge me for
the time used to place international calls made through Mobile
Caller? Yes. You always incur your wireless
carrier's applicable charges whenever you make a call. You
receive discounted rates when placing international calls
using Mobile Caller.
How
can I use speed dial to make things easy? You can
always save the Mobile Caller Access Number in your speed dial
and enter your international number at the tone. Even better,
save the Access Number followed by the pause button and then
program 011 + your international number , for one touch
dialing.
Will I ever get a busy signal when I call
the Mobile Caller Access Number? No, you will not
get a busy signal when you call the Mobile Caller Access
Number. We have a state-of-the-art digital switching system
that will recognize your phone and automatically gives you a
dial tone whenever you call.
Do I need to
dial a PIN number to place a call? No, with Mobile
Caller there are no PINS and no hassdes in placing a call.
When you dial the Mobile Caller access number our system
recognizes that you are a registered customer and
automatically provides access.

Can I use the Mobile Caller Service from
a prepaid phone? Yes. You can use Mobile Caller
from any phone or carrier from within the U.S. Global access
numbers are also provided if you are in certain countries.

What is the monthly fee? There
is a semi-monthly maintenance fee unless stated on product
description. This fee is deducted to help with care and
leasing of telecommunications lines.
Are the
rates the same 24 hours a day, 7 days a week? Yes,
you get the same low rates no matter when you call.
Are there minimum usage requirements to
get these rates? No. Mobile Caller offers the
lowest rates regardless of your usage level.
Why do some countries have a higher rate
to call a mobile phone within that country? In some
countries mobile users do not pay to receive a call on their
mobile phone. This is known as calling party pays. Mobile
carriers therefore charge more to the calling party to connect
the call.
Can I get the same rates calling from my
home phone? Yes, with Mobile Caller you dial the
toll free access number and then enter a 13 digit pin number.
You can enjoy the same low international calling rates from
your home phone.
Is there a connection fee for every call?
No, Mobile Caller does not have any connection fees
associated with this product.
How much tax will I be charged?
Mobile Caller applies up to 17% charge, unless
otherwise stated, on each call for all applicable taxes and
government charges.
How do I sign up? Follow the
steps listed from the rate
plans page. Choose your plan, and signup to
MobileCaller.com. All new orders must come through the web
site, unless it is a corporate order.
Does Mobile Caller work with all Mobile
Carriers? Yes. Simply register to use the Service
and start making your calls.
How quickly can I begin using the service
after registration? If you are a new customer, then
your account will be activated after you receive a phone call
from one of our representatives. All returning orders will be
processed immediately. You will be notified via email when
your account is active and ready to use.
Can I change
my account information after signing up? Yes, you
can always change or update your account information by logging
into MobileCaller.com or by calling our Customer Service
at 1-888-735-7467.
What payment methods are offered?
We accept American Express, Discover, Visa,
Mastercard, along with debit cards and ATM that have a Visa or
Mastercard logo.
How do you protect my credit card
information? The information submitted on our web
site is protected by the highest level of industry-standard
SSL encryption. All of the credit card or checking account
information received is then encrypted a second time and
stored on our secure billing servers.
What is
the billing increment? Each Mobile Caller Plan is
associated with a different billing methodology. You choose
how you would like to get charged. Preferences include minute
rounding, taxes, and fees.
Depending on your calling
pattern, you can choose the billing pattern you want to be
charged.
What is Automatic
Recharging? You have the option of choosing
Automatic or manual recharging on your Mobile
Account.
Auto Recharge is our convenient service that
ensures you never run out of minutes on your account. By
enabling Auto Recharge, your account will automatically be
credited, via your credit card, when your balance falls below
a preset recharge
level. You can turn automatic recharging 'ON' or 'OFF' at
anytime, and as frequent as you would like.
In automatic
recharging, what is a recharge amount? The
"recharge amount" setting is the amount that you would like to
add to your balance when the current balance falls below the
preset recharge
level.
In automdtic recharging, what is a
recharge level? The "recharge level" setting is
the lowest amount you would like to allow your current balance
to reach before it is automatically recharged.
For
example: If your "recharge level" is set to $20.00 and your
"recharge amount" is set to $30.00, here is what would occur.
When your current balance falls below $20.00, we will
automatically add $30.00 to your account.
How long does
it take to update my account upon an automatic
recharge? The system checks your balance upon
the completion of each call. If the balance is below your set
"recharge level", then the system attempts to recharge your
account. It may take up to 20 minutes to update your
account.
What do I do if I have a question or
problem with the way I have been charged? You may
contact our billing department or call our Customer Support
Team at 1-888-735-7467 to assist you with any billing issues
that you may have.
Can I cancel Service at any time?
Yes, you can cancel anytime without a penalty.
Simply stop using the product and we will never charge you
anything more.
How do I get a
refund? Please fill out the refund
request form, and a customer service representative will
assist you.
Can
I use Mobile Caller from anywhere in the US? You
can use Mobile Caller anytime and anyplace you are able to
connect with the Mobile Caller Access Number.
Can I
use Mobile Caller when I am outside of the US? All
Mobile Caller plans can also be used in over 20+ countries,
from where you can call. View the global access
numbers if you need to call from another
country.
Can people call me from outside of the US
using Mobile Caller? Even though Mobile Caller is
used mainly by U.S. residents, All Mobile Caller plans can
also be used in over 20+ countries, from where you can call.

Can I use Mobile Caller from any phone I
want? You can use Mobile Caller from any phone. If
you have registered your phone with us you can dial the access
number and place your call. If you have not registered your
number dial thedaccess number, enter your pin number, and
place your call.
Can I use Mobile Caller to call any
country in the world? Mobile Caller offers Service
to call over 200 countries around the world.
What is a
security code? The security code is a 3 digit
number designated by you. You will be asked to enter your
security code when placing calls. Security codes are used for
your added security, and to enable multiple users to use the
'pinless dialing' feature when dialing from the same phone
number.
TIP: Here is a useful way to use the security
code:
A roommate (or another member from same
household) wants to sign-up to MobileCaller.com under a new
account. They would still be able to utilize the 'pinless
dialing' feature, because all they need to do is enter their
security code to distinguish themself from their
roommate.
How do I edit a security
code? You can edit your security code by doing
the following:
- On the main
account screen, under "Account Profile", click on "Edit
Security Code."
- Type the new security code in the box provided.
- Next re-type your new security code in the box provided
to confirm your entry.
- Click on the "Update" button.
When do I
use the security code? You will be asked this
number when placing
a phone call.
